Fees
The Conference fees will cover the programme, material, refreshments during the breaks and the programmed social activities during the time of the Conference.

*Conference dinner and excursion not included in the student fee.
Please notice: The student fee applies to undergraduate students only. The registration will be confirmed both by an e-mail and by a letter sent by the Conference Secretariat with details of the registration, accommodation reservation, and all necessary advance information. The confirmation letters will be sent out starting by the middle of April 2004.
Terms of Registration Cancellation
For written cancellations received before 30 April 2004, full refund on registration fees will be paid. For written cancellation made between 1 May and 15 May the cancellation fee is EUR 80. After 15 May no refund will be paid on the registration fees. The same terms apply to the Boat Tour.
