Conference Fees

Conference Fees and Terms of Cancellation

The conference fees will cover the scientific programme, material, lunches, refreshments during the breaks and the programmed social activities during the time of the conference. The accompanying persons’ fee will cover the social activities and the conference lunches.

*Full time students only, student ID to be presented to the organizers.

** Scientific programme and material not included in the fee.

All registrations will be confirmed both by an e-mail and by a letter sent to the participant by all registration details, accommodation reservation, and other necessary advance information. The confirmation letters will be sent out starting by the end of March 2005.

Last Day for Registrations

The last day for registrations is 1 April (lower price) and 15 May (higher price). In case of late registrations availability of accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

Terms of Registration Cancellation

For written cancellations received before 30 April 2005, full refund on registration fees will be paid. For written cancellation made between 1 May and 15 May the cancellation fee is EUR 80. After 15 May no refund will be paid on the registration fees.
